Warranty Registration Privacy Notice

This notice explains how WEEKTIC handles information submitted through our warranty registration form.

Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, Amazon order number, purchase date, vehicle year, make and model, and any optional support details you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to validate and administer your extended warranty, provide product support, prevent abusive submissions, and maintain warranty records. Registration does not enroll you in marketing messages.

How we protect and retain it

Registration records are stored on WEEKTIC’s secured server and are accessible only for warranty administration and support. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your warranty registration information. We may use service providers needed to operate email and hosting services, or disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of your registration information, email cs@weektic.com. We may need to verify your request.

WEEKTIC’s warranty registration website is operated independently from Amazon. Amazon’s own privacy terms apply to information you provide directly to Amazon.
